Medicare Plans
Medicare has four parts, and most people only need help choosing between two paths: Original Medicare paired with Medicare Supplement and Part D, or a Medicare Advantage plan that bundles everything together. Globalcare Consulting helps you compare options across New Jersey, New York, and Georgia — at no cost to you.
Two paths through Medicare
Most people only need help choosing between these two paths.
Original Medicare + Medicare Supplement + Part D
See any doctor who accepts Medicare. Add a Medicare Supplement policy to cover the gaps, and a standalone Part D plan for prescriptions.
- No network restrictions
- Predictable, stable costs
- Two premiums: Medicare Supplement + Part D
Medicare Advantage (Part C)
One plan bundles your hospital, doctor, and usually drug coverage — often with dental, vision, and hearing extras.
- Often $0 monthly premium
- HMO/PPO network
- Extra benefits built in
The four parts of Medicare
In plain terms — no jargon, just what each part actually covers.
Hospital
Inpatient care, most people get this premium-free.
Medical
Doctor visits and outpatient care. Monthly premium applies.
Advantage
Private-plan alternative to A & B, often bundled with D.
Drug coverage
Prescription coverage, standalone or bundled into Advantage.
